<DIV>Hi Dan,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>How r u ? I hope all is well.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Using SELFITEM/SENDTASKDESCRIPTION you need to pass the file to parameter &ATTACHMENTS& within the binding.</DIV>
<DIV>The question is where do you have the file stored. You need to have it stored as SOFM object (in table SOFM).</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>You can create it using SOFM.CREATE or via OTF functions. </DIV>
<DIV>BTW, another alternative is to specify URL which will open your PDF in portal (meaning on-line creation).</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Good luck,</DIV>

The requirement is that the user can see this form (without logging in on the portal or R3). It will not require any approvals, just to see the form. I intend to use the SELFITEM/SENDTASKDESCRIPTION, but I don't know how/where to bind the Adobe form. Or, do I need to bind the Notification?<BR><BR>Thanks!<BR><BR>Dan Stoicof<BR><BR><BR> <BR><BR></DIV></DIV></div><br>Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.yahoo.com </body></html>
