It does not send notification. Therefore I can guess you refered to Latest Start. Now, Latest Start will never happen if the employee starts processing the workitem (which means the status is not READY anymore) even if it does not get completed. So this may be the reason. As for the manager receiving two notifications - I'd check the Requested End also.<br>
