UserDecisionHandler for one of the task so that User decision with mandatory
comments can be implemented from both portal and SBWP. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

issue <FONT size=2>"User decision 000000294592 has no alternative to index 0000
" while executing the WI from portal.</FONT></SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=629534406-18032008>WI can not be
processed and is in reserve status.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
class=629534406-18032008></SPAN></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=629534406-18032008>How to fix this
issue?</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
