<div>The reason behind the same might be a loop which is getting repeated as the condition for that loop might not be satisfying.</div>

<div>Check the loop & the condition in it if it is getting satisfied after second level of approval or not.</div>

<p>A process(invoice document) that we have created runs through two approval process (decision steps) before it goes for release . </p>

<p>But the issue here is that the second level approval gets a decision step but when she clicks on approval it creates the same work item in her inbox. </p>

<p>What could be the problem? </p>
