<P class=MsoNormal>Hi Everyone,<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Periodically, a member of the list will mention to me that
they have been contacted ‘off-line’. Somebody on the list will
send a request for more help or more information directly to another
subscriber. The person being asked for additional information may
decline to respond, and yet subsequent requests are still sent. In the
interest of all, please do not do this. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>First of all, the people who answer questions to the list
are a valuable resource for all of us. If they get discouraged or
disgusted by persistent *<B>personal</B>* messages for help, then we are all
hurt when they avoid the list. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Secondly, some of these folks make their living developing
workflow solutions… It’s not right to contact them to ask for free work; what
they give to this list is what they *<B>want</B>* to give.
<o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Third, this is a community forum – we all stand to benefit
from the back-and-forth that occurs in these mail threads. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Please respect your fellow WUG-ers. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal>If you have questions or comments about this message, you
may contact me personally, or use the list. <o:p></o:p></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></P>
