Check the Enhancement Spot "SOLAR_DOCUMENT_EXITS". You get there every time you save a document.<BR>

There you have some interesting atributes:<BR>
<BR>
I_LOIO - Logical document<BR>
I_PHIO - Phisical document<BR>
That are the SOLMANDOC object key and you can raise the event yourself.<BR>

This can solve the problem of start workflow, but you still have the problem of control the user authorization. I could not find any object to check if the user can change the atribute for some specific value. This can be a problem, I think.<BR>
