<DIV>Hi Jocelyn, </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thank you for your guidance, this makes a lot of sense now, Will talk and
explain about the functionality of UWL,</DIV>
<DIV>Based on your response seems like we can accomplish a lot with UWL
config.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>They just wanted to see more custom screen with key info about
the request when they go in as the Approver/Reviewer into portal,</DIV>
<DIV>and not the UWL, but if we can modify the columns and the restrict the type
of request, shd be able to convince them.</DIV>

<DIV></DIV>
<DIV>Hi All,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>We are trying to develop a custom tool for portal,</DIV>
<DIV>and are planning to use WF for the Approval process,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>They want the ability for the Approver to approve the Request without
going into</DIV>
<DIV>the UWL .</DIV>
<DIV>The approver screen basically contains a list of all the pending
requests, by clicking on which</DIV>
<DIV>he will see more details of the individual request, which he can
then decide to approve or reject.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>So now when he clicks on Approve button(custom screen) , am not sure
how to link it to the Workitem or</DIV>
<DIV>WF .So how would he be able to execute the WI ?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Is there a way to execute a WI from the portal.</DIV>
<DIV>will it need any config ?</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Appreciate any input, am not a portal person, so any input to understand
the process is appreciated.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Thank you</DIV>
