In the latest end I have two parameters to which I have add a duration(say
1day)</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

color=#0000ff size=2>Now i need to de-activate the deadline monitoring when it
reached the top level of escalation.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

color=#0000ff size=2>currently it is sending repeated reminders to the top guy
after the stipulated time.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

item has reached the person in the top level of heirarchy, the deadline
monitoring should be deactivated.. Currently it is sending the same workitem
again and again to the top person. Please help!!!</FONT><BR><FONT
