<DIV>Your requirement is possible. Two options I can currently think of:</DIV>

<LI>Use web-service based FM SAP_WAPI_EXECUTE_WORKITEM of SAP_WAPI_DECISION_COMPLETE. In this case you'll need to create form in outlook providing buttuns which will run the web-services. Forms can be created on the exchange server (client independent) Alternatively you could try to do that via URL's.</LI>
<LI>Email the result back to SAP. In this case you have to setup SAP to receive email, setup WF for incoming emails (based object IFRECIEVE) and process the email accordingly.</LI></OL>
