<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">We have a workflow process where the WEBSERVICE is executed and an online form comes up for the user to complete or process via a web page.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">We are having a continuous problem with getting an error - "Invalid execution GUID. Work item could not be executed."</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">I know that it is caused because the user executes the process once and then executes it again resulting in having two web pages up at a time.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">We've added pop-up messages when the user does this telling them to close both forms and start again. But, most of the time they do not follow the instructions and we get these error messages quite a few times a day. We have to go out and restart the workflows.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Courier New">Does anyone have any suggestions of what we can put in the workflow to stop this error condition from happening or to catch it before the workflow errors out?</FONT></SPAN></P>
