creation/maintenance of substitutions. This lets them notify relevant
people when particular substitutions have been created. Or you could just use

me out. My cleint wants a set of people to be notified when ever someone
choose a substitute in his/her SAP inbox-SBWP. This is to make sure that
user selected as substitute is the right person. </DIV>
