in start conditions, regarding its client specific and cross client

the existing start condition, system is prompting fr Transoprt
request.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=143321706-07082007><FONT face=Arial size=2>I have a scenario in
which by default, personal settings is client specific start conditions. Is it
due to this setting, that the request is not being prompted?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=143321706-07082007><FONT face=Arial size=2>Whather cahnging the
settings to Cross-clent will prompt me for Transport
request?</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=143321706-07082007><FONT face=Arial size=2>I tried to do the
settigs in testing client, where I was able to chage the condition, but while
saving, system does not allow as cliet status is
non-modifiable.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

is how to move the changes wrt this start condition from development system
