UWL XML configuration option "User Decision with Note". This is a much cleaner
option as it does not require a separate step for the attachment. You can
make the attachment mandatory for particular responses, e.g. rejection.
You can even use this technique for work items that are NOT user
decisions. Details on the XML required are in help.sap.com under the
