<font color="#000080" face="Arial">We experienced a similar problem in one SAP server and not in other SAP servers. Then I discovered </font><br>
<font color="#000080" face="Arial">that the problem started exactly the day when the WF-BATCH user password was changed. </font><br>
<font color="#000080" face="Arial">Once discovered we solved it easily running the SWU3 transaction again.</font><br>

<font color="#000080" face="Arial">In another similar incident in SAP Solution Manager some periodic jobs failed exactly when I deleted the SAP </font><br>
<font color="#000080" face="Arial">user used by the contractor who submited those jobs. Those jobs started working ok </font><br>
<font color="#000080" face="Arial">again as soon as I created a new sap user with the same name.</font><br>

When customizing the Workflow Administrator you are allowed to enter a position with users attached to the position, which we</font><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"> </font><font face="Arial"><br>
have done. We then set up auto-forwarding to get emails when we have workflow errors. This was working great for years and</font><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"> </font><font face="Arial"><br>
until about 6 months ago it stopped working. </font><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"><br>

We have tested all different things to make sure it was not an email issue. We came to</font><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"> </font><font face="Arial"><br>
the conclusion that it works when a USER is set-up as administrator and will not work with a POSITION or ORGANIZATION unit</font><font size="4" face="Times New Roman"> </font><font face="Arial"><br>
