did not have a backup person at the time and I had more pressing projects, it
was an issue I tabled. After our recent upgrade to ECC 6.0 SAP_BASIS 700 level
11, it now works perfectly with a Work Center defined as the Workflow

customizing the Workflow Administrator you are allowed to enter a position with
users attached to the position, which we</span> <br>
<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>have done. We
then set up auto-forwarding to get emails when we have workflow errors. This
was working great for years and</span> <br>
<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>until about 6
months ago it stopped working. </span><br>
<br>
<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>We have tested
all different things to make sure it was not an email issue. We came to</span> <br>
<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>the conclusion
that it works when a USER is set-up as administrator and will not work with a
POSITION or ORGANIZATION unit</span> <br>
<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'>is there. Has
anyone else had this problem?? If so how did you correct it. </span><br>

<span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"'> In our
company it makes sense to put a position as administrator with users attached.</span>
