<DIV>The are few alternative to approach this process. First take into account that there's no standard event RESERVATION.CREATED - you have to build you own.</DIV>
<DIV>What I've done several time to simplify the issue:</DIV>

<LI>Reservation created -> WF triggered.</LI>
<LI>Approver markes for deletion the items he wishes to reject or change quantities.</LI>
<LI>Reservation creator is notified by email.</LI>
<LI>Warehouse staff has workitem for goods issue with reference to reservation in MIGO.</LI></OL>
<P>Such means that if that there's no remaining - goods issue is for the whole approved reservation.</P>
<P>If the requestor wishes he can create another reservation.</P>
<P> </P>
<P>BTW, you can automate the deletion indicator marking in case the approver reject to whole reservation.</P>
