<DIV style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: times new roman, new york, times, serif">I have Decision task that is being sent to the Approver for the approval of a Sales order created, Now there exists a deadline period of 1 week after which an email needs to sent to the Approver's MS outlook inbox as well as the sales orders creator's MS outlook inbox. I know a rule needs to be created in the PFAC_INS transaction and assigned to this deadline notification, can any body give me pointers on how to go about this.</DIV>
