develop a custom WF for refund , which should start based on payment method
eneterd duirng the process.</FONT></DIV>

based on paymenetmethod.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>SO for srarting the custome WF and custom event, I
was presuming that I need use Business transaction events.</FONT></DIV>

let me know where canI get help or details about the same.</FONT></DIV>
