error<BR></FONT><BR></DIV>
<DIV></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN class=658564115-08032007>Currently we are
using a custom made rule to assign agents. During testing everything
worked fine, but now in Prod the rule errors out and just sends the work item to
the workflow initiator. I've now found out that in Prod it works for me
with my Workflow security role. Other users without my security can't
access the rule. Do we need to give every user in the company
pfac_dis....is there a supplied SAP workflow user role?
