<p>Is it a custom workflow you're using? WS98000060 doesn't seem to exist in our SRM 5.0 system. If yes, why don't you first try and eliminate the new upgraded SRM environment by using the standard SRM workflows. If the SRM workflows work, then it's your custom workflow. If they don't then it's something with your updated SRM workflow environment.
