<div>we had a modification requirement for the manage substitutions app (it's Web Dynpro-based) as well, but it turned out SAP doesn't ship the source code for it like for the ESS applications. This made the changes not so feasible at least for us (I understood you'd have to decompile the jar-files etc.).

<br>organization. This would make it easier to select the correct instance<br>of a person if that person had multiple display entries in the selection<br>list. For example if the system returns Joe Cole - Soccer Player; Joe
