Hi Jocelyn,

Sory a small but important typo with the portal version.

In the end, the error had nothing to do with UWL user mapping. The error was
caused by the fact that SRM UWL_SERVICE id had a role filter assigned
at the connection definition while the ERP id didn't. As soon as
we removed the role filter, all SRM information started to appear as
expected.

Thanks,

August 2006 6:38 AM To: sap-wug@mit.edu Subject: UWL connection to SRM when
using EP/UWL User mapping Hi, Our UWL (EP8.0) is connected to two SAP systems,
one is ECC 6 and the second is SRM 5. We implemented user mapping at the EP/UWL
level because our portal logon id is different from the SAP user logon ids. The
SAP user logon id is the same for our different SAP systems. We've run into a
problem where workitems generated from the ERP system are displaying in the UWL
and the SRM workitems are not. By this I mean workitems generated for SAP logon
id 001 are displaying in the UWL for EP logon id 'A'. =20 Has anyone done this
and if you have did you have a similar problem? Thanks, Jerry Martinek
