apparent reason since moving from 4.6C to ECC5.0. However, ours do not
"unfreeze". Unfortunately we cannot "recreate" the instances to be able to
open an OSS request. Fortunately for us it happens so infrequently that we
have been able to ignore it. I will be anxious to see the solution for
your delay to see if it might help us as well.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

decision (Select Applicant) that is delayed occasionally. Each time it
happens, I’ve noticed that the log (see below) contains an entry for
<U>SWW_WI_ADMIN_CALLBACK</U> that executes for 10 to 15 minutes before the next
step (PROCESS APPLICANT) of the workflow appears in the user’s in-box.
This does not happen all the time, only
