for mentioning the word 'BDC'. I have answered this before see below
how were able to load lots and lots of responsibilities. You could
also use CATT or LSMW migration workbench to achieve the same result. I
haven't tried this on 4.7 but I am hopeful it should work. Good Luck</font>

We had the same issue some time ago and we wrote a BDC based program to
do the load this data in 4.6C. <br>
<br>
The trick was not to use the PFAC transaction since it is not friendly
for creating the BDCs and also as you may have noticed you cannot use PFAC
in a productive environment in 4.6C. <br>
<br>
What you need in your program is: <br>
1. call the function wsupload to load up your spread sheet information.
<br>
2. run a BDC to transaction OCCU_RESP to create your positions
<br>
3. run a BDC to transaction PPO2 to link your new responsibility to the
position. Transaction PP02 was used to separately here to once again get
over constraints with using BDC on OOCU_RESP. <br>

We have the need to load thousands of responsibilities into several<br>
rules. As this cannot be done manually, we are thinking to writing
a<br>
program to do this. Debugging PFAC revealed the function<br>
RH_RESPONSIBILITY_MAINTAIN to add the responsibility.<br>

The problem is that the function does not allow us to pass all the<br>
information needed in its parameters. The bulk of the info needed
can<br>
be entered in two pop-ups that eventually show while this function is<br>
running (but we cannot access these pop-ups at runtime).<br>
<br>
If I record the BDC I can only create the responsibilities, but cannot<br>
fill them.<br>
<br>
I'm thinking I'm not the only person who had this problem, perhaps<br>
there is a solution out there already.<br>

We're on 4.7/6.40.<br>
