<br>
Your <span class="correction" id="">resp</span>. role must have <span class="correction" id="">WERKS</span> as a container element that for dialog steps is supplied via Role binding in step definition. In your code, you must therefore pass this value in the Actor_ Container tables parameter of the FUNCTION 'RH_GET_ACTORS'. You can use the standard macros to create and populate the container as below.<br>
<br>
include <<span class="correction" id="">cntn01</span>>.<br>
swc_container wa_container. &nb
sp; <br>
swc_create_container wa_container.<br>
<br>
swc_set_element wa_container '<span class="correction" id="">WERKS</span>' wa_<span class="correction" id="">werks</span>.<br>
<br>
<br>

Subject: Agent Determination From Role Resolution for Background Tasks<br>
<br>
<div id="AOLMsgPart_3_ae27c356-d504-4323-b3fb-1ad494c2c3f6">
<div>Dear All,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I'm on 4.6C...</div>
<div>For Background Tasks (Send Mail) in <span class="correction" id="">Workflow</span>, there is no option to send mail to a "Role".</div>
<div>I have gotten around this by creating an <span class="correction" id="">multiline</span> attribute (in <span class="correction" id="">BOR</span>) with CALL FUNCTION 'RH_GET_ACTORS'.</div>
<div>This works fine for getting all agents in a Role.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>However, when I have a role that has multiple "Responsibilities" and Resolves agents by <span class="correction" id="">PA0001-WERKS</span>... Then how can I get these selected agents ONLY into a <span class="correction" id="">multiline</span> attribute (in <span class="correction" id="">BOR</span>) or a <span class="correction" id="">multiline</span> container in <span class="correction" id="">WF</span>?
</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Can anyone tell me if there is a function module I can use to resolve agents in a role? Or if there is any other way of resolving only the agents needed according to the <span class="correction" id="">PA0001-WERKS</span> read in?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Any help would be appreciated.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Kind regards,</div>
<div>Tom </div>
