Once you start dealing with multi-line logic things get too complicated to deal with directly in a Start Condition. You'll need to create a new attribute against your object that is set or not based on your required rules and use that flag in your start condition.

the material group (prod category in EBP), my workflow is being triggered
correctly for shopping carts with one line item, But if I have a SC with
multiple lines the workflow is not trigged. Any suggestions? Should I be
