<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">Our project director and manager read Alan’s recent article in the SAP Insider on guided procedures and the simplicity and quickness of deployment. They now believe that guided procedures will solve our current problem with the EP version of ESS Travel Request and Expense application and associated workflows. </P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">They have a need to itemize travel requests and capture/display attachments with the travel expense component. The EP iviews we’re using do not allow this so the whole approval workflows are in jeopardy of being cancelled.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">In our case they want to turf the EP ESS Travel Component and rewrite everything in guided procedures and still retain the different workflow functionality.</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt">Is it as simple as the article states and can you develop organization wide processes that easily and quickly? Can it be used to replace the EP ESS Travel Component? How much development effort is required to build an ‘organization’ wide replacement?</P>
