<BR><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I'm not sure if the upgrade caused the problem or the copy of dev but I had to debug the start condition on the workflow to see why it was returning false instread of true.</FONT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">One of the conditions it was comparing the WBSe's creation date to see if it was after 6.9.2004, even though 30.05.2006 was after 06.09.2004 it was evaluating as false.</FONT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">In debug I could see that it was comparing '30.05.2006' to ' 06.09.2004' there were two leading spaces before the date in the start condition rules value.</FONT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I think this might have been the problem.</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I deleted this part of the condition and re-created it.</FONT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"></FONT> <FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Then it worked.</FONT>

<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I have a start condition on a workflow that seems to meet all the conditions for it to start the workflow, but in fact doesn't start the workflow.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">In SWEL I can see the check on the event has failed.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">This works in our R/3 4.6C system but we are upgrading to ERP2004/ECC5 and this is where I am having the problem.</FONT>
