mail was sent out but the mail system returned an error - you can check this in

should say that in their Development system (DV1) the problem does not
occur making the problem even more frustrating. I have checked and double

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>iii) Email gateway is setup in SCOT
and is ready but obviously the problem occurs before this.</span></font></p>
