can we mimic this in Workflow? That is, when the manager sets up substitution

end, a manager completes another manager's work items because of an extended
leave. If the leave was estimated at 1 month but gets prolonged, the replacement
manager will "stop" receiving the WF items after a month. This time, we're
looking for a reminder saying "you're stint as a substitute will expire on
..."</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
