I read abt the 'Reevaluate rules on active workitem' which you had mentioned sometime back.<br>
<pre style="font-style: italic;">As of 6.20/6.40 you should no longer use SWW_WI_AGENTS_CHANGE,<br>but use the special workflow header level event(Outcome) "Reevaluate<br>rules on active work items or the "Redo rules" option in the workflow
<br><br>administrator transactions or the equivalent SAP_WAPI function modules<br>instead. <br> <br>Much better and much much easier to use - especially the header<br>level event. <br></pre>

call "simple deadline monitoring" - i.e. a notification only to someone that the
deadline has been missed. That person then MANUALLY chases up the slack sod ;-)
who hasn't done the task yet, and uses "Set to Done" to confirm they have chased
up that person. </font><br><font size="3"> </font> <br><font color="blue" face="Arial" size="2">If you want to send the work to ANOTHER person - or to add
another person to the existing workitem, you need to change your workflow to use
"modeled deadline monitoring", i.e. use the deadline outcome to trigger an
alternate process. </font><br><font size="3"> </font> <br><font color="blue" face="Arial" size="2">You don't mention your system type/release number?</font>
<br><font size="3"> </font> <br><font color="blue" face="Arial" size="2">If you are
on a SAP system that has a Basis/NetWeaver release below 6.20, then:</font>

monitoring with a processing obsolete outcome as described in the SAP Library

doesn't releases the PO, instead it removes the workitem from the missing

When I click on the "Monitored Workitems" it shows a screen where in the meu
option Workitem->Execute option is disabled.</font> <br><font size="3"> </font> <br><font size="3">So, It will be of great help if anyone of
