In our case we only wanted notification for <SPAN class=correction id="">WIs</SPAN> but got an <SPAN class=correction id="">unexpectd</SPAN> bonus ;-)</DIV>

We are on 4.7 and all our mail notification messages <SPAN class=correction id="">rec'd</SPAN> in the Business
Workplace <SPAN class=correction id="">Inbox</SPAN> (Unread folder) are also sent to our Lotus Notes <SPAN class=correction id="">inbox</SPAN>.
I am trying to implement Simple Deadline monitoring, my problem is: all
mail notification for Latest start, Requested end and Latest end, for
missed deadline messages, are going to Business Workplace under the
"Deadline messages" folder only and are not going out to our <SPAN class=correction id="">inbox</SPAN> in Lotus
Notes.
We absolutely need to inform our users that they have missed the deadline
in their Lotus Notes (they never go to Business Workplace - we send them an
email with a link to <SPAN class=correction id="">MSS</SPAN> and they execute work items there).
Has anyone encountered that problem before and would have a solution as how
to have those types of email notifications sent to Lotus notes. I am
trying to avoid implementing modeled deadline monitoring as the <SPAN class=correction id="">workflow</SPAN> is
already very complex (I had to split it twice already because it was too
big).
Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
