CRM 4.0 (SP1) system, and have designed a rather lovely workflow the handles
customer interaction records. Everything works fine using the Business Workplace
in the SAP GUI. The boffins here have created a browser-based frontend using BSP
that will be used by the Call Centre guys. While this includes an Inbox as
standard, this does not seen to have any link to the SAP Business
Workplace.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

Is there an easy way of replicating the Business Workplace in the browser

Modeler</A> that we can't seem to get working. Is this the answer to my
