(BAPI_EMPLCOMM_*?) and update the user master (BAPI_USER_* ?) available to help
do this. RSWUWFML2 will then read the user's email address if you turn on
the "Send to user's home address" setting in transactio

consultants on this, and they often recommend/implement such a process anyway.
