want your users to have to look in the inbox for the substituted person. One
option is to not use SAP standard substitution and instead use e.g. HR
relationships for substitutes and replace the recipient with the substitute
whenever that is fitting. Unless you have other reasons for doing this (e.g. you
are not using SAP Business Workplace) I would not recommend it. Disadvantage:
work items stay in substitute's inbox after substitution

earlier using the substitute option there. But, it will be great, if anyone
could tell us, whether we can set the 'out-of-office' option, just like in MS
