First, there has to be a connection between the exchange or email server to the SAP System. Therefore you have to install the SAP Exchange Connector and on each client computer the SAP GUI. Then you have to install the MAPI Service Provider for Outlook (outlook->extras->services->add service->choose SAP MAPI Service Provider). Then the SAPConnect has to be configured with transaktion SCOT. Here you have to add the email server (SMTP-server) and the adress types you want to use. Concluding the configuration you should configure the Email Job and the report rswuuwfmlec.
