<p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in"><font face="Times New Roman">3.In the new window he/she has to enter a drscription text,target system name and client number.</font></p>

<p style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt 0.25in"><font face="Times New Roman">After the third step he/she has to press 'create' button to trigger the workflow. But I'm receiving an error as soon as some one do the third step. The error is like this
