another SP. I had an issue that was fixed in SP2 UWL freaks out if you have more
than 1000 items in your UWL Inbox. At that time SAP gave us
separate patch to fix this issue and everybody was happy.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

color=#0000ff size=2>After some time our Portal team decided to upgrade to
SP 9, then UWL issue was back again. However this time SAP replied
me that I can't have separate patch anymore, we need to upgrade to
SP12/13. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

color=#0000ff size=2>The issue is I can't go convince the bigger user group
to upgrade just for one this issue because there too many application needs to
be tested with many Analysts time. Currently we are planning to upgrade to SP13,
now I see this another issue that we need to go to SP 14.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

isolate the issue and give the specific patch to fix rather than tell us to
upgrade whole Portal SP for any minor (I don't mean to sound this issue is

development.

SP12 and SP13 to our portal. A number of errors have been introduced by these
packs.</FONT> </P>

Workflow(WF) has ceased to work correctly. The WF has a step in it that displays
an ABAP screen to the user and on this screen the user will add data and reject
or approve the WF.</FONT></P>

the ABAP screen does not display. Instead we receive a UWL screen like this when
we access the task through the UWL</FONT></P>

the task is viewed through the Sap Inbox(SBWP) the ABAP screen comes up
correctly.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face="Arial Monospaced for SAP" color=#000000>Technical details:</FONT>
<BR><FONT face="Arial Monospaced for SAP" color=#000000>The screen is an ABAP
screen.</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Arial Monospaced for SAP" color=#000000>The
workflow step has 3 outcomes that are linked to terminating events on the
task.</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Arial Monospaced for SAP" color=#000000>The task
has the "Object Method with Dialog" set</FONT> <BR><FONT
face="Arial Monospaced for SAP" color=#000000>The business object referenced by
the task "Dialog" option set</FONT> </P>

business object or the screen has changed. The only change was the application
