<DIV>Hello Peter,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I am running UWL on SP9, and all the work items from the SRM4.0 Inbox are displayed. However, the default web transaction for the execution (Approve/Reject) of these work items i.e </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>BBP_QUOT_EXTWF always produces an ITS 500 Error. But when this transaction is replaced with other ITS service transactions like BBPBWSP and BBPAPPROVAL, the work items display the appropriate transaction windows in the portal.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>My investigation showed that the first transaction (BBP_QUOT_EXTWF) doesnt have html templates associated with it in the SRM, whereas the other two transactions have. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>However, when the work items are executed in the BBPBWSP or BBPAPPROVAL windows, they display the Approve/Reject screen of transaction BBP_QUOT_EXTWF.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Could this be a develpoment problem as well?</DIV>
<DIV>
<DIV>I am about to upgrade to SP13 of the EP/UWL, do you think I should wait for SP14?</DIV></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Kind Regards,</DIV>
