cosmetic issue that is confusing our users and not sure what is the best way to
handle this. Can someone suggest what is the best route to make it less

asynchronous method SingleRelease for business object BUS2012 (purchase order)
in our workflow for some release code while using synchronous method with a
decision task for other release codes. The terminating event for this task is
RELEASE, SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGED and RESET. If the user follows the link on the
work item and releases the PO from workflow (that takes him/her to ME29N) and
saves it, and hits the back arrow, s/he still sees that work item on SAP inbox
until s/he hits refresh button. For the synchronous methods that we are using
with decision task we do not have this issue. One of my coworkers created a note
to SAP and here is the response from SAP regarding Asynchronous

execution the work item, it may still not have </SPAN></FONT><FONT
face=Arial size=2><SPAN lang=EN-US
style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">received its terminating event and
will remain in the inbox. </SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN
lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">When you then refresh,
the terminating event will have been received </SPAN></FONT><FONT

and so will be removed </SPAN></FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2><SPAN

this is what is happening or it is not doing auto refresh when the user backs
out to the inbox. Is there a way to have the system refresh the inbox after
coming to inbox automatically so that the workitem will disappear when they back
out to inbox? Any other alternatives, please
