approval in EBP 5.0 through Outlook.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Users receive a mail in Outlook from WF-BATCH to
approve or reject a shopping cart, in the mail they have two links (APPROVE,
REJECT).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>When users click on these links,
Outlook should send a predefined mail to WF-BATCH SAP in-box that will be
processed in background.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Our SRM system is set-up to send mails but not to
receive mails, could someone explain how to do it?</FONT></DIV>
