be delivered to the main system workflow administrator as configured in
transaction SWDC or SWU3. You can also maintain primary workflow
administrators per multi-step workflow definition by navigating to the
Basic Data area from the workflow builder screen. Administrators set up
through this option will override the system-wide setting on SWDC when
errors are generated.</font>

issues workflow errors and also what I suspect is a general task defined
standard task that went into error. When a standard task cannot be
delivered to an agent in the case of an error it will be delivered to .....
everyone. I suggest you do a search on the listserv to get familiar with
general tasks and how to avert them. There's clever solution that
is can found by using the key word 'runaway'.</font>

monitoring I assume you meet SAP run time tables. If tables is what
you are asking, the answer is yes, they will need monitoring, but there's
more to it than that. For example, it depends on how many workflows you
will running and how often they run and whether they need to be logged.
This will depend with your environment. If you have just one
workflow for example that you plan to run as pilot workflow application
you should not have space considerations for while depending again on your
workflow of choice.</font>

<br><font size=3 face="Batang">To monitor workflow runtime tables use administrator's
cockpit transaction SWUF there you will an array of buttons (every workflow
administrator's dream). The button that you want is the top one labeled
'Utilization of runtime tables'. This transaction goes away in version
4.7 :( so enjoy it for now in 4.6.</font>
