<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">We had the same issue some time ago
and we wrote a BDC based program to do the load this data in 4.6C. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The trick was not to use the PFAC transaction
since it is not friendly for creating the BDCs and also as you may have
noticed you cannot use PFAC in a productive environment in 4.6C. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">What you need in your program is:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">1. call the function wsupload to load
up your spread sheet information.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">2. run a BDC to transaction OCCU_RESP
to create your positions</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">3. run a BDC to transaction PPO2 to
link your new responsibility to the position. Transaction PP02 was used
to separately here to once again get over constraints with using BDC on
OOCU_RESP.</font>

I have quite a number of new Rules (AC) that need to be loaded with quite

lot of Responsibilies (RY) and many Positions (S). I have co-ordinated
the<br>
data gathering activity with the process teams in the business, and now<br>
have several spreadsheets that describe this information.<br>

Obviously, this information can be loaded manually, with one or many people<br>
updating the Rules. But is there an automated utility anywhere that would<br>
speed this process somewhat? Even if only in part.<br>

We are running 4.6C.<br>
