call was terminated because the corresponding service is not
available.<BR> <BR> <BR>Note</DIV>
<DIV>The termination occurred in system IGT with error code 403 and for the
reason Forbidden. <BR>The selected virtual host was 0 .
<BR>------------------<BR>Same is error generated in both the cases(host name
or IP)</DIV>

<DIV>Even Callback handler[ and settings on the remaining tabs] settings also
not working when testing URLs from there.</DIV>

<DIV>Can any one tell me if I am missing. IS there any prerequisit before
