<div>We had something similar a few weeks ago in our production system. It took me a while to work out what was going on and I still haven't determined what caused the initial error. Anyway, to best of my recollection, I was able to set the linkage to 'No Errors' and then start delivery of the queued events all directly in production. It all went off without a hitch and it hasn't reoccurred since. It was the first time I've had to use transaction SWEQADM. Before that, my earlier experiences had resulted in my having to transport the event linkage up from development.
