Alon is right, we had the problem with a couple of PCs after installing<br>
SP2. The Dword/registry fix allways works. <br>

I had this problem from Desktop Workplace. Users would display the<br>

item but the description would show the error that you describe below.<br>

don't really know why this fix works but it does for me. You might<br>

to continue pursuing it with SAP just to make sure that its officially<br>
sanctioned. <br>

I have major problem with SAP GUI and Windows XP SP2. <br>
After users upgraded to XP SP2 we lost the Description of the WF task<br>

Looks like it is attempting to load Windows Explorer. <br>

In our test lab we re-imaged the same brand of laptops with all the<br>
current service packs for XP SP2 and get the same results. <br>

In place of the Task Description, we get "This page cannot be<br>
displayed"<br>
