haven't changed anything in the method mentioned in the

just entered a condition to check if the PM Order is in status Released (this is
a new Attribute of the business object), <BR>And if it's not then the Path
of the workflow is set to go through </FONT></SPAN><SPAN
class=041483608-27022005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>the the old
step,</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=041483608-27022005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>that
allows the user to set the order status to Release (Method :
Edit_Asynchronous).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=041483608-27022005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff
size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=041483608-27022005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>This
step, task and binding is the same as it was in the old
version,</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=041483608-27022005><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>And
those steps are working correctly in new instances.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

(if you are using any) being called by the task? Even though the workflow
instance is using the old version, it will be executing the current version of
any method code so if this has changed so that it is no longer compatible with
the task/bindings from the old version, then it will be uable to execute the
method. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

methods for the work item ended with a return code for which there is no
handling defined in the workflow. This is regarded as an error by the work item
manager (WIM). </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><B><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=4>System
Response</FONT></B></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Times New Roman">The work item was set
to error status, the return values from the object method were
saved.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><B><FONT face="Times New Roman"
size=4>Procedure</FONT></B></SPAN></P>
<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Times New Roman">Check the saved return
values of the object method. In particular, check whether</FONT></SPAN></P>

= 1) or</FONT></SPAN></LI></DIV>

application error, please check your workflow definition and the implementation
of your object methods.</FONT></SPAN></P>

error, please contact your workflow system administrator. In this case also
check whether there is an error in the binding definition between task and
method.</FONT></SPAN></P>

<P dir=ltr><SPAN lang=en-us><FONT face="Times New Roman">The change I've made is
a minor one, I've enterd a condition before the failed step, the same steps and
task are used in the new version, </FONT></SPAN></P>

this workflow, and by the same user who faild to process the old instance step,
the step had been process successfully.</FONT></SPAN></P>

this kind of error, can you tell me what is the best way to deal with it
?</FONT></SPAN></P>
