arisen with the recent support pack<BR>upgrade, but workflow substitution is

behaving in a weird manner right now.<BR>While some users can create a

substitute as before and use the<BR>functionality normally, there are some

instances experienced by some users<BR>where they are not able to create and use

personal substitution at all.<BR>While the table HRUS_D2 shows the substitutions

are entered, nothing is<BR>seen in the substitutioner's inbox and the actual

substitution of inbox<BR>works erratically. During the investigations we found

that when<BR>substitution creation is attempted,<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; sometimes

...<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; Substitutioner's work items are not being seen by the

substitute<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; Substitutioner's work items are disappearing in both

inboxes<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; Substitutioner's work items are, in quite questionable

ways , re<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp; appearing in the inbox of either the substitute or

substitutioner.<BR><BR>Our basis patch level is SAPKB46C48. GUI level is

SAPKB64004. I looked at<BR>some of the OSS Notes ( 799887, 763598, 743871 and

767360, 752529, 753456)<BR>but I could not find any specific fix to this

problem.<BR><BR>I am sure, someone of you, may have faced this problem.<BR><BR>I

am not able to search a certain related post in SAP-WUG repository, because

it<BR>has been set to obsolate since MIT server moved to Mailman server and

Search<BR>Engine is under constuction.<BR><BR>I would appreciate any valuable
