<P><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>I am not sure if this issue has arisen with
the recent support pack</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>upgrade, but
workflow substitution is behaving in a weird manner right now.</FONT> <BR><FONT
face="Courier New" size=2>While some users can create a substitute as before and
use the</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>functionality normally, there
are some instances experienced by some users</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New"
size=2>where they are not able to create and use personal substitution at
all.</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>While the table HRUS_D2 shows
the substitutions are entered, nothing is</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New"
size=2>seen in the substitutioner's inbox and the actual substitution of
inbox</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>works erratically. During the
investigations we found that when</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New"
size=2>substitution creation is attempted, </FONT><BR><FONT face="Courier New"
size=2> sometimes ...</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New"
size=2> Substitutioner's work items are not being seen by the
substitute</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>
Substitutioner's work items are disappearing in both inboxes</FONT> <BR><FONT
face="Courier New" size=2> Substitutioner's work items are, in quite
questionable ways , re</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>
appearing in the inbox of either the substitute or substitutioner.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>Our basis patch level is SAPKB46C48. GUI
level is SAPKB64004. I looked at</FONT> <BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>some
of the OSS Notes ( 799887, 763598, 743871 and 767360, 752529, 753456)</FONT>
<BR><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>but I could not find any specific fix to
this problem.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>I am sure, someone of you, may have faced
this problem.</FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>I am not able to search a certain related
post in SAP-WUG repository, because it has been set to obsolate since MIT server
moved to Mailman server and Search Engine is under constuction.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Courier New" size=2>I would appreciate any valuable
help/suggestion on the issue.</FONT> </P>
