<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">If you are talking about the Org unit that a user belongs to, then this can be done by calling function module RH_STRUC_GET and passing it an evaluation path.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Transaction OOAW will allow you to choose an appropriate evaluation path, but probably evalutaion path O-P might be the one you are looking for.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">As Serge says, the object </font><font size=2 color=#000080 face="Arial">USR01DOHR</font><font size=2 face="sans-serif"> uses EMPLOYEET and you can get the personell number from that to use along with the evaluation path</font>
